Our story

ICON was founded by people who learned this business the old way — in person, deal by deal, earning trust before asking for anything.

The partners who lead ICON were trained by the pioneers of New Jersey commercial real estate. They built their careers alongside the families, investors, and institutions that own the majority of multifamily assets in the region.
Those relationships go back decades, built by showing up, giving honest advice, and consistently delivering on their word.
The firm was created to bring that approach together under one roof, with the underwriting rigor and process discipline that institutional clients expect, but without losing the senior-level attention that made the relationships possible in the first place.
